In Step 2 we do a bridge and reverse position.
Step 2: TIP
As shown in the picture below, this is performed as a wrestling bridge technique. If you have problems with your neck, only perform this technique when the man on top wraps his arm under your neck. When the man on top does this it will create added support for your neck and allow you to perform the bridge with less stress to the Cervical curve in your neck.
Step 2: SOCKET
When you do the Bridge, include a Body Block technique where you trap the same side Arm and Leg of the man on top.
